Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all protective materials in place and tags, and in its original packaging. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve our right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used from its original condition in any way.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. The returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to cancel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a reliable courier with tracked delivery and ensure that the courier will provide insurance for the full value of the parcel. Aeolus Studio will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund should the item arrive back to us outside of this time frame or if they arrive in a non-resalable condition (this includes any damage that may have occurred in transit as you send it back to us). 

If you purchased an Aeolus Studio piece from another retailer, please consult directly with the retailer in regards to their policies. Aeolus Studio is not responsible for products purchased from other retailers.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a return is approved on a damaged or defective item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

 

 Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty that covers every piece you buy for 1 year – free of charge. Within this time, we offer free repairs or replacements for any faults due to manufacturing defects. After that, we offer a lifetime repairs service for a small fee. Please note, the warranty does not cover damage arisen from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Please note that any goods that are damaged, used or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for refund.
  • Our bespoke, made-to-order, personalised and engraved pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.   
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery (such as earrings).

Exchanges

Please note that Aeolus Studio does not offer any exchange services unless the product(s) are faulty, or wrong pieces have been delivered.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
